Quick Scan runs the last completed month of your Logo company through 40 accounting checks and shows the result on screen as a 0–100 health score with prioritised findings. Your data never leaves your server and no record is changed.
What does Quick Scan include?

The last closed month of one Logo company of your choice is scanned. You start the scan manually and see the result on screen.
40 accounting checks
Scored across nine areas, from customer/supplier vs. ledger consistency and VAT to stock and costing and year-end readiness.
0–100 health score
Findings are prioritised as red and yellow, so you can see which record needs attention and why.
Read-only, data stays with you
Every query runs inside a rolled-back transaction. Nothing is written to Logo and your data stays on your server.

Installation in a short remote session
The scan agent is installed on your server as a Windows service; a 6-step wizard walks you through the Logo connection and company selection.

The last completed month is scanned
The 40 checks run read-only against the last closed month of the selected company.

We review the result together
We go through the health score and the priority findings with you and agree on the order of corrections.

The 40 checks are grouped into nine areas. These are the areas where findings come up most often.

Accounts ↔ ledger Consistency between customer/supplier balances and the general ledger.

Prerequisites and compatibility
What you need
- A Windows server with access to the Logo database (the scan agent runs here).
- Someone authorised to connect to the server remotely during the installation session.
- At least one completed month in the company to be scanned.
Logo products
- Tested with Logo Tiger 3 and Tiger 3 Enterprise.
- Tiger 2, GO 3 and GO Wings are verified together during the pilot.
- j-Platform, Netsis and Mikro are not supported at the moment.
