Our Products

Onay ve iş akışlarınızı kod yazmadan kurun

Talep, onay zinciri, görev ve form; kimde beklediği, ne kadar sürdüğü ve ERP'ye ne yazdığı görünür.

Why LogoSüreç?

The problem

Why do approvals get stuck?

  • Requests travel by e-mail and phone; nobody knows who holds them.
  • Approval rules vary by person and are not recorded.
  • Approved work is re-entered into ERP by hand.

Our answer

What does LogoSüreç do?

  • You design the process with drag and drop: steps, conditions, forms and deadlines.
  • The owner and duration of each pending step are visible, and delays trigger reminders.
  • Approved work is passed to Logo through the ERP connection.

What sets us apart

The difference

  • Start on day one with 17 ready-made processes.
  • Every step and decision is written to an audit trail.

Product documentation

Overview

Design, run and monitor requests and approvals with no-code workflow design, SLA, notifications, forms and ERP integrations.

Form designer

Data entry without code

  • Visual design: drag fields from the palette, then move and resize them.
  • Field types: text, number, date, choice, file attachment and ERP lookup — a type-ahead box with a browse dialog.
  • Formulas and validation rules; long forms are split into tabbed sections.
  • Document form: header / detail / footer roles, line formulas and footer totals with SUM(); one-click Invoice or Order template.
  • Field labels are entered in Turkish and English and shown in each user's language.

Process designer and flow steps

The flow is built on a visual canvas: steps appear as cards and are connected by dragging from their approve (green) and reject (red) outputs; an auto-layout button tidies the diagram. The Code tab shows the same definition as JSON.

StepWhat it does
ApprovalGoes to a person, a role or the manager; branches on conditions
PoolWork goes to a role and one member claims it
ParallelBranches run at the same time and join when all finish
WaitWaits for a period or a date in the form, then moves on automatically
Sub-processCalls another process and continues based on its outcome
IntegrationWrites to the ERP or calls a service; on failure it moves to an error step
NotificationSends bell and email notifications to those involved

Processes are kept in Development, Test and Live modes; definitions can be copied and exported as JSON.

Ready-made processes

17 processes out of the box

AreaProcesses
PurchasingPurchase Request (Manager → Director → Deputy GM → GM approval chain, amount thresholds), Shared Purchasing Pool, Warehouse → Pool Assignment, Request → Order
Human resourcesAnnual Leave, Hiring and Onboarding, Probation Period, Offboarding
FinanceBusiness Travel and Advance, Expense Claim (with attachments), e-Invoice, Contract Approval
IT and adminIT Support, IT Support and Change, Vehicle Rental, Meeting

Use each one as-is, or copy it and adapt it to your organisation.

Employee experience

  • Start a process: pick a published process and fill in the form.
  • My Tasks and Tasks I'm involved in: pending approvals and requests you take part in.
  • Pool tasks: see work assigned to your role and claim it.
  • Personal dashboard: drag-and-drop, resizable cards saved per user.
  • Recurring tasks open automatically when due; with delegation, your work goes to someone else while you are away.

SLA and notifications

  • Every step has a time limit; a colour-coded SLA badge highlights late work, and overdue steps escalate to the manager.
  • Notifications go to the top-bar bell and to email; emails leave through the ERP Posta relay and no mailbox password is stored in the application.
  • Every transition is written to an append-only event log: who, when and which decision.

Integration and data

  • Connections: external database connections are entered with a structured builder, tested and stored encrypted.
  • Data sets: named SQL queries that feed lookup fields and reports.
  • Connectors: REST, SOAP and code (C#/VB); a field-mapping wizard writes records to Logo Tiger (via ERP Bridge) and Mega (MegApi).
  • Outgoing calls are protected against server-side request forgery (SSRF).

Reporting

  • Request report: filter by process, status, date and initiator.
  • Summary: counts by status and average completion time, following the filter.
  • Lists export to Excel (with real number types) and CSV, and can be printed.
  • Document printing: invoice/order forms become a PDF with header, detail table, footer and signature area.
  • Banded report: printable with company header, filters, summary, details and footer.

Administration and security

  • Users, roles and the manager hierarchy; bulk import from CSV/JSON.
  • Administrators can sign in as any user to test a process from that person's point of view.
  • A password change is required at first sign-in; accounts lock after failed attempts and documents are downloaded with ownership checks.
  • Turkish and English interface; health endpoints (/healthz, /readyz) for monitoring.
  • A migration framework for moving data from e-Flow and Logo Flow is in place.

Today vs. with LogoSüreç

Approval flow

Today (manual / spreadsheets)Requests go by e-mail, people wait for answers and ask by phone whose desk it is on.

With LogoSüreçFlows are designed without code; approvers approve from mobile, late steps are reminded and escalated.

Posting to Logo

Today (manual / spreadsheets)An approved request is keyed into Logo again by hand, with the risk of typos.

With LogoSüreçThe approved record is written to Logo Tiger / Mega through field mapping.

Who approved, and when?

Today (manual / spreadsheets)It is searched for in e-mail threads and file notes.

With LogoSüreçEvery step lands in the audit trail; reports show durations and pending steps.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the modules you use and on the number of users and companies. Try it free first or ask for a short live demo; once the scope is clear, we send a written quote.

  • We are with you during installation and initial setup.
  • No credit card or payment details needed for the trial.
  • The quote states the scope, number of users and support period clearly.

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1. Design

Build the form in the drag-and-drop designer and the flow on the visual canvas — or copy one of the ready-made processes.

  2. 2. Run

Employees start the process; work reaches approvers in turn and everyone moves forward from «My Tasks».

  3. 3. Monitor

Track where a request is waiting, its SLA status and completion times on dashboards and reports.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need programming skills to design a process?

No. Forms are built in a drag-and-drop designer and flows on a visual canvas. If you prefer, the same definition can also be edited as JSON in the Code tab.

Can we start with ready-made processes?

Yes. 17 processes — including purchasing, leave, hiring, travel and advances, expenses, IT support and contract approval — come with the installation; copy and adapt them.

Can it write records to Logo ERP?

Yes. The integration step writes records to Logo Tiger (via ERP Bridge) and Mega using a field-mapping wizard; on failure the process moves to an error step instead of silently continuing.

Can we move from e-Flow or Logo Flow?

The purchasing process pack was adapted from Logo Flow definitions, and a framework for migrating e-Flow/Logo Flow data is in place. We agree the scope together at the quote stage.

How do I see where a request is waiting?

The Monitor screen shows the step and person each request is waiting on, its SLA badge and event log; overdue steps are escalated to the manager.
