Our Products

SupportNova

Manage support tickets with SLA (Service Level Agreement) tracking; auto-assign them to the right person and keep customers informed at every step.

Key features

SLA tracking

SLA (Service Level Agreement): committed response windows per priority; at-risk and breach badges, with the assignee notified on a breach.

Auto-assignment

Round-robin, least-loaded or first-available rules, filtered by product or keyword.

Notifications and integration

Email and in-app notifications; Slack, Teams, Discord and generic webhooks; a REST API with API keys.

Customer satisfaction

An automatic survey one day after resolution; feedback with 1–5 stars and a comment.

Live ticket view

Everyone viewing a ticket sees replies, status changes and attachments arrive instantly, without a refresh.

Email to ticket

An error mailbox is read; identical errors are de-duplicated by fingerprint, one ticket per distinct bug.

REST API

Create, query and reply to tickets and add attachments with user-bound API keys; documented in Swagger.

Analytics dashboard

Volume, average response and resolution time, SLA compliance, satisfaction score and busiest products at a glance.

Overview

Bring customer requests together in one place: priority and SLA tracking, rule-based auto-assignment, internal notes, tags, attachments and a full activity timeline per ticket. Email, in-app notifications and Slack/Teams/Discord webhooks keep the team informed.

Ticket lifecycle

Every step from opening to resolution is recorded

Each ticket has a status, priority and type; it is assigned to a supporter, answered with a customer reply or a team-only internal note, and closed with a resolution.

  • Activity timeline: assignments, status changes, replies and attachments — a complete, time-ordered trail per ticket.
  • Markdown replies and drag-and-drop attachments; files are never served publicly, only through an authorised download endpoint.
  • Colour-coded tags, watchers and @email mentions: a mentioned person becomes a watcher and is notified of every later update.
  • Merge: fold a duplicate into the canonical ticket; replies, attachments, events, watchers and tags move over.
  • Bulk actions, CSV export and saved filters kept in the URL; quick chips: Open · Mine · Waiting · Critical · Reopened · Resolved in 7 days.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Response time per priority

Every priority has a response window. The ticket list flags tickets running out of time as at risk and overdue ones as breached.

PriorityDefault response time
Critical1 hour
High4 hours
Medium1 day
Low3 days
  • A background job detects breaches, notifies the assignee and fires the SLABreached webhook event.
  • Breach state is persistent: alerts survive restarts and never fire twice.
  • SLA compliance is tracked on the analytics dashboard.

Windows are configured at installation to match your organisation's commitments.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Auto-assignment and teamwork

Assignment rules route each new ticket to the right person; rules can be filtered by product or keyword.

StrategyHow it works
Round-robinTickets are distributed across the team in turn.
Least-loadedAssigned to the person with the fewest open tickets.
First availableAssigned to the first eligible person matching the rule.

Canned responses are inserted from the reply box in one click; keyboard shortcuts (/ search, n new ticket, ? help) and dark mode keep the team fast.

Auto-assignment and teamwork

Notifications, webhooks and email

  • In-app notifications (bell) and email notifications each user opts into on their Profile page.
  • Webhooks: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and generic JSON endpoints; each endpoint receives only the events it subscribes to.
  • Undeliverable webhooks are retried with increasing back-off (30 s → 2 min → 10 min → 30 min → 2 h), then dead-lettered and shown on an admin screen.
  • Email to ticket: an error mailbox is read, the report parsed and fingerprinted; a repeat error updates the existing ticket instead of opening a new one.

Roles and permissions

Accounts are created by invitation; public self-registration is closed. Each user has one role:

RoleAccessAPI scope
AdminEverything: users, API keys, webhooks, audit logread, write
ManagerAnalytics, customers, products, FAQ, tags, assignment rules, usersread
SupporterAnswers and resolves tickets; canned responses, error reportsread, write
UserOpens, follows and replies to their own tickets; satisfaction survey—

Every administrative action is written to the audit log with the actor and IP address.

Roles and permissions

REST API

Connect your other systems to SupportNova

Requests authenticate with the X-Api-Key header. Every key belongs to a user; its permission is the intersection of the key's scopes and the owner's role — if the role narrows, so does the key, and it stops working if the account is deactivated. Staff issue and revoke their own keys under My profile → My API keys.

Satisfaction and reporting

  • Satisfaction survey: one day after resolution the customer receives a one-time link that needs no sign-in; 1–5 stars plus a comment.
  • Analytics dashboard: ticket counts, average first-response and resolution time, SLA compliance, satisfaction score, daily volume, top assignees, products and error fingerprints.
Satisfaction and reporting

Security and operations

  • Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hashes; five failed attempts lock the account for 15 minutes, and sign-in endpoints are rate-limited.
  • Content Security Policy (CSP) and security headers; forms are protected against request forgery.
  • Data lives in SQL Server; attachments are stored outside the web root and downloaded with ownership checks.
  • Turkish and English interface, light and dark themes; a health endpoint (/healthz) for monitoring.

Today vs. with SupportNova

Ticket tracking

Today (manual / spreadsheets)Requests pile up in a shared mailbox; nobody knows who is handling which.

With SupportNovaTickets are created from e-mail, duplicates are filtered and assignment is automatic.

Service level (SLA)

Today (manual / spreadsheets)A late ticket is noticed when the customer calls again.

With SupportNovaSLA time is tracked with badges; tickets close to breaching stand out.

Measuring satisfaction

Today (manual / spreadsheets)It is not measured, or collected by hand with a separate survey.

With SupportNovaA satisfaction survey goes out when a ticket closes; results show in analytics.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the modules you use and on the number of users and companies. Try it free first or ask for a short live demo; once the scope is clear, we send a written quote.

  • We are with you during installation and initial setup.
  • No credit card or payment details needed for the trial.
  • The quote states the scope, number of users and support period clearly.

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1. Invite your team

An administrator adds users and assigns roles; each person receives a one-time invitation link to set their own password.

  2. 2. Define products and rules

Set up the product catalogue, assignment rules, tags and canned-response templates.

  3. 3. Connect your channels

Connect the mailbox, Slack/Teams/Discord webhooks and, if needed, REST API keys — and let tickets flow in.

Frequently asked questions

How are users added?

An administrator adds the user, who receives a one-time invitation link by email to set their own password. Roles: Admin, Manager, Supporter and User.

Who do I talk to about pricing and setup?

Request a quote using the form below; we will get back to you based on the size of your team.

Can the SLA windows be changed?

Yes. The defaults are Critical 1 hour, High 4 hours, Medium 1 day and Low 3 days; they are set at installation to match your commitments.

Can our customers follow their own tickets?

Yes. A customer with the User role opens tickets, follows their status and replies; after resolution they receive a satisfaction survey.

Can we connect our existing systems?

Use the REST API to open and query tickets and the by-ref endpoint to find a ticket by your own record number; webhooks push events to Slack, Teams, Discord or your own endpoints.

How are error reports that arrive by email handled?

The error mailbox is read regularly; each report is parsed and fingerprinted. If the same error arrives again, the existing ticket is updated instead of opening a new one.

Which languages does the interface support?

Turkish and English; each user chooses their language and light or dark theme.
